However, with years of experience, I’m familiar enough with computers to know what I don't know, and I will never undertake a project from anyone that is more than I know I can handle. I'm also not a licensed repair shop for any manufacturer, and there is no charge if I can't fix your problem.
I'm pretty much that guy next door that knows how to keep most computers running, (Windows) and can install and configure most hardware or software with a little preparation. That can save you time and money by not having to go into a shop, or paying extra for a service that will always charge you a minimum inspection fee, even if they don't fix the problem.
I'm most familiar with Windows XP, Win2000, with knowledge of Windows Vista, and exposure to Windows 7. I have some exposure to Networking, but mostly just home networking setups. Very limited experience with MACs.
